When Dad Visits Maui for Thanksgiving…

Roasted and ready to go!

My dad lives in California, and it’s been quite awhile since I’ve had him or the rest of our family around during the holidays.  My dad sensed this void, and he visited us for Thanksgiving. I spent weeks planning his visit and the meal and days shopping in preparation.  When Dad flies 3000 miles over the Pacific Ocean to visit for Thanksgiving, I want everything to be perfect.
